Meet Our Executive Director

Megann Phelps, Administrator of the Laurels Retirement and Assisted Living, was hired in June of 2008. Megann has had several roles that played a part in advancing her career within Family Ministries, including CNA, MT, Assistant Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator then took on the role as Director of Nursing for almost 6 years. She was promoted to her current position in October 2024. Megann’s education and experience is not only a perfect fit for The Laurels, but parallels the mission of Family Ministries which offers providing a safe and secure home for our beloved seniors.
